Blue Sparrow, a unit of Core Media Solutions, reserves the right to change product prices, listings and descriptions at any time without notice. In order for us to continue to offer your competitive prices and services, we have developed the following policies:

Shipping and Returns
All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 15% processing fee (see below). Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.

Shipped items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. As expected, shipping times may be greater around holidays. If your order (or other items) has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, call Blue Sparrow at (877) 324-0895 and we will track the items for you.

International Shipments
Due the overwhelming amount of attempted fraudulent orders originating outside of the U.S., we will no longer be shipping internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause international customers, but we take fraud very seriously.

Returns and Exchanges
In the event of a damaged or defective product, the merchandise would need to be returned in the original package. However, please note edible items such as nutritional products, diabetic supplements, vitamins, etc. are NOT refundable / returnable under any circumstances. Items such as lotions, creams, bandages, etc are NOT returnable / returnable.

All returns must be approved in advance and must be packaged in it’s original packaging, must not have been used and must be in “as new” condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to Blue Sparrow. Items beyond 30 days from date of shipment are NOT eligible for return. All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in “like new” condition. Blue Sparrow will determine after evaluating the returned product, if it is in “like new” condition and can be resold. If the product needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer’s expense.

Return Authorization
Customers must obtain authorization to return defective items by calling Customer Service at (877) 324-0895

The customer prepays all shipping charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly. If Blue Sparrow receives a package containing items not authorized for return, Packages received without authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days. Items must be returned within 45 days once the authorization has been issued.

Cancellations
If the order has not shipped and credit card has not been process, the customer may cancel the order. If the order has been shipped, the order is considered SOLD and Returns and Exchanges policy is now in effect.

Freight Claims and Shipment Damage
When you receive your package, inspect it immediately. If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on receipt of the package. If you accept a damaged shipment without noting the damage, we may not be able to give you a complete refund. Please call us as soon as possible, once you see that your product is damaged.
