Is there a contract or commitment for Direct2Home?
No, you can sign up with us for as many months as you like and then cancel any time after.
Can I maintain the current pricing beyond one year?
Yes.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel my membership?
We require a minimun of a 5 day notice if you decide to cancel your membership.
I live outside of California, how long does the shipping usually take?
Shipping outside of California usually takes 3-5 days.

I test 4 times daily, what is the pricing for 2 boxes of strips a month?
If you need more than 1 box a month, each additional box will be the price of 1 additional membership (i.e. Membership for a box of Economy strips is $15.95, for two it would cost $31.90)
Is there a limit to how many times you will replace a lost or broken meter?
There is no limit to how many times we will replace a meter, however a free meter replacement is only available 1 time per year. If you need to replace your meter after you have just replaced it for free, you will need to pay the meter fee to do so. This offer does not apply to the optional 2 in 1 Blood Pressure/ Glucose meter or Talking Meter upgrades in the Value Package.
Will my credit card be charged monthly?
Once you enroll you authorize us to charge your credit card on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your membership, you will need to contact us to do so.
Do I need a prescription to join Direct2Home?
No because it's an OTC (over the counter) program.
